Three Reasons That SEO Blogging Worth !!

Today I read a post which was asking a question that Is SEO Blogging Worth It?. Where Skitzzo has raised a question about the exposing the resources in the industry should be fair or not. There he discussed about the evil effects of the SEO blogging in the specific topic (Exposing link resources).

On the SEOrefugee, Skitzzo has discussed that the if you are exposing the link resources then it may harm your rankings and also may penalize the site from where you are arranging links. What he has said I have quoted below.

Every time a blogger posts about a new place to obtain a free clean link, or reports a site selling links, or demonstrates how one of the search engines is being gamed, they are making every other SEOs job that much harder. The link source closes the loop hole, or the links are devalued by the search engines. The site selling links receives a penalty and the buyers lose value. The site being used to illustrate the point loses rankings, loses authority, or loses it’s competitive edge.

What I thought about it? I am covering some of the facts which will help me to prove my points that why SEO Blogging Worth !!

1. SEO is a Continuous Learning Process : In last year the Rand Fishkin vs Aviva discussion was very hot, and in some days Google started penalizing the Directories and the paid links. In last decade directory submissions were an important thing in SEO. The penalization of the directory ended the SEO? The industry ended for those who only depended on the directories and the industry was same for those who were learned and switch to the new tactics. So, Read, learn and apply and enjoy the results of work you have done.

2. Expansion of Knowledge Cause Expansion of Market : There on the blog post I saw a comment which compel me to quote it because this point can be explained better with the comment of Dave of HuoMah.com.

I used teach martial arts and even if an ernest person could not afford it, I’d still let them come in - it was as much about passing on the Art as it was anything. That’s the way I was taught…and how I live. Not only is search evolving, but there will always be new webmasters, site owners and young SEOs seeking out further knowledge. This, to me, means there is still a place for blogging in the industry as there is for seminars, classes and conferences.

I am totally agreed with Dave. If there is expansion in the knowledge with the time then it means that industry is growing. If SEO was only directory submission, playing with meta tags and link building then everyone may became an expert in the Industry. So, the changes are necessary for expansion of the industry. It is very healthy thing for industry that Search Engine changes their algorithm and compel peoples to research and learn.

Let us take a simple example, if you live in an area where no one knows about the SEO. Then what will happen? You will never get any work or client for SEO because if anyone does not know anything about SEO then they have no Importance of SEO for their business.

Why the good SEOs discuss at new things? they prepare new SEOs by their knowledge. How new SEOs help them? New SEO not much expert but spread the new thing in the market this expand their market and audience. So, expansion of knowledge cause expansion of market. It is different thing that it increases competition.

3. Exposing a Resource Can Expose Your Blog For Links From Fellow Bloggers : These are natural links which you will get from the fellow bloggers. If you are exposing any tactic or any resource then fellow bloggers will appreciate it and give links you. As Skitzzo again replied on his post you can find the answer in his own question.

Sure, you exposed a free link source and everyone talked about your post for a day or two, and you even got a decent number of links, is your job as an SEO now easier or harder? Will you have burned up the good will of anyone in the industry that might have otherwise linked to you?

If Skitzoo is saying that “Will you have burned up the good will of anyone in the industry that might have otherwise linked to you?” than I will say that he dosen’t know about the industry. This is an Industry where good works are always appreciated. If you have exposed a good resource and the bloggers are getting benefits from it then it will not be the matter of the one or two days.
