The reports talk about a new fraudulent act done by a Google employee who is an internet marketer also. Jeremy “ShoeMoney” Schoemaker has also put up a case against this employee named Keyen Farrell who has been thought o use the U.S registered trademark in Google as part of the search ads.
When the issues related to trademarks and search ads has been on the peak these days, the major point which has been talked about is why Google itself did not take the necessary and initial steps to stop what they have put up so far. They could have pondered into this special issue of using a trademarked keyword which according them must not be done and was also a big hype in the entire IT news desk especially in the search engine hotlines.
According to the policy laid down by Google, it allows for the triggering of ads with trademarks but what is prevented is the use of these in the description or title of the ad copy. The complaint laid down by Schoemaker is also the same as the nickname which is also a registered trademark is being used in the ads and it shows up on search which is also the name of the website.
He has also complaint that these results have been the same for more than a month and it has the title which is trademarked by him. On filing the report with Google he has also got the reply from the same telling this would be prevented and will be taken seriously. Also, they have asked Jeremy to submit a list of the variations or misspellings about the same for more reviews. When you try to create an Ad title with the trademarked keywords you can find a warning on the page thus strictly preventing from going against the rule laid down by the Google team.
