Documents in Google Shared Without Permission by a New Bug

New bug named the Google Docs bug has been pointed by the experts and you need to be well alerted on this issue as it can share your private documents in your Google without permission. The officials at Google have announced that the problem has not affected everyone out there during the last weekend. It has been estimated that around 0.05% users were affected by the new bug.

What exactly happened was not yet checked out until it was told by the Google experts that more problem was caused by those people who usually shared their document with a third person and or the collaborator. It was confined to those people who shared the document earlier and was not a problem serving the others. Later, the problem was sorted out and Google unshared and released those documents which was affected due to the bug. Along with this, the document owners also were also notified by email in case of any further problem and any need to re-share the same document.

At the same time, another important aspect which was brought into light was that the files which was shared by the bug unprotected and without permission were very sensitive documents like the personal correspondence, financial documents and lot more. This has to be taken into account and looked deep into the issue as it was surely a serious situation even though it seems to be a lighter one. This problem has also presented a threat to the Google docs which people depend on with closed eyes to share everything from simple files to serious documents.

This affect of this security problem will affect the standing of Google to a greater extend and to how much has to be waited and watched for!
